Shipping policy

Site-wide free shipping


Free shipping: Available within the continental United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). For in stock items, quick ship programs, and some made to order products, plan on approximately 3-4 weeks. 


International: We do not ship internationally at this time. 


Custom orders: Please plan on 12-20 weeks for custom orders. All custom orders, made to order items, artwork, and candles are final sale and cannot be returned. 


Missing, stolen, or damaged shipments: On rare occasions, you may encounter transit damages to merchandise or defects in manufacturing. Please ensure that you inspect items thoroughly upon delivery. Should your shipment incur any damages or defects, please contact our customer experience team for assistance within 48 hours of delivery. Submissions after 48 hours are subject to review. 

Tracking details for each order will be sent out via email. Please note we are not responsible for missing or stolen packages. 


Return shipping: The Buyer assumes responsibility for all costs associated with returning an item, including: packaging, handling, and shipping. The Buyer also assumes all risks associated with shipment and is responsible for any damages incurred in the shipping process.
