I’m sure we’re all aware or have been affected by the shipping delays one way or another. Due to Covid lockdowns, worker shortages, and slow port turnaround times, these issues have been felt by both retailers and shoppers.
Wallaroo’s reacted differently than other retailers at the start of the pandemic and instead of slowing production and canceling orders, we dove in head first and mass ordered and produced our products. Because of this we never dealt with major stock problems and were able to fulfill most of our customers’ needs.
How were we affected?
We did see low or non-existent stock with a few of our products though, reclining furniture was delayed for months and we were unable to promise immediate delivery dates on a lot of pieces. Our luck with reclining furniture has turned around now though! We’re so happy to be able to keep a stock of some of our most beloved reclining pieces, keep reading to learn more!
